The hotel was exceptional and fairly clean, its location was prime close to everything in Florence, excellent service. I loved the room, the bed was comfortable. The staff was service-minded and I had a late checkout.

Accommodation was great-sized and homey, beds were large. Spacious bedroom. The property was set in a lovely area. Also, I was walking distance to a l-shaped square.

Outstanding value for money, a very relaxing stay. Absolutely perfect location, very good sized room, spotless hotel. The Michelin-starred restaurant was excellent with lots of meals in the menu. Service was really courteous, that made the property sensational place.

Good sized rooms, spacious beds - GREAT hotel. For lunch or dinner go to Hostaria il Desco, located right at the property. It was worth its 5 stars.
