The hotel was exceptional and fairly clean, its location was prime close to everything in Florence, excellent service. I loved the room, the bed was comfortable. The staff was service-minded and I had a late checkout.

Good sized rooms, spacious beds - GREAT hotel. For lunch or dinner go to Hostaria il Desco, located right at the property. It was worth its 5 stars.
